About IMLLC

Michael A. Fedele, Jr. PT

Mike Fedele earned his degree in physical therapy from Temple University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and has been living in the Carolinas since 1978.

Mike has the privilege of being a co-founder of Catawba Rehabilitation Services (CRSI), which has ties to the area dating back to the 1970's. After leaving CRSI in 2002, he began consulting with industrial clients throughout the United States. It was in January 2003 that Mike helped form Injury Management, LLC to specifically address the needs of industry.

The South Carolina Chapter of the American Physical Therapy Association recognized Mike in 2000 with its highest award for contributions to the field of physical therapy and in 2004 for clinical excellence in the field of physical therapy. The Rock Hill Chamber of Commerce acknowledged Mike's contribution to the community by awarding CRSI with its prestigious "Small Business of The Year " award in 1997. Mike served as the co-chairman of the Palmetto Government Benefits Administrators' sub-committee, which wrote many of the policies and procedures that govern the Medicare work of physical therapists throughout much of the United States. He has been consulted by members of the insurance industry to review the work of other therapists which has resulted in insurance savings of thousands of dollars.

Mike has been happily married since 1975 and when not bragging about his wife Pat and his two children, Jennifer and Michael, he enjoys volunteering at his church and working outdoors at his home in Rock Hill.

Mike governs his work and personal life with the simple premise that one simply does what is morally and ethically right. He believes that when one does "the right thing, for the simple reason that it is the right thing to do," everything else in life will take care of itself.
