What services are available "24 hours a day - 7 days a week"?
All of our services are. Whether we are treating an injured worker, providing ergonomic assessments, or employee ergonomic training our staff will be available at the hour of day and the day of the week that best meets your needs.
What will your services cost?
Reimbursement for on-site physical therapy is governed by each states Workers' Compensation Fee Schedule. We do not add any additional charges for providing the care on-site. Reimbursement for Ergonomic Assessments, "Fit For The Job" Screens, and Ergonomic Training will be negotiated on a per case basis.
What do I need to do to get started?
Two things: Provide a contact person within your organization for us to obtain the pertinent information necessary to provide treatment to your employees. In addition, provide access to temporary heated/cooled space that allows for worker privacy and provides an electrical outlet.
How much and what type of space do I need to provide?
Rooms 6' x 8' or larger are ideal. However, depending on the type of employee injury, we have worked in spaces as small as the corner of an unused desk. Most of the time we are working in conference rooms or unused employee offices. Upon completion of our services all rooms that we have temporarily occupied are returned to the order in which we found them. It is not unusual for the space we are temporarily using to change from visit to visit depending on the employers' space needs.
What kind of contractual obligation am I committing to?
None. Unless, your organization desires a written contract our on-site physical therapy services are provided at your will. Request for Ergonomic Assessments, "Fit For The Job" Screens, and Ergonomic Training will be provided once a written proposal has been agreed upon.
