COMPANY HISTORY
The basic premise for Injury Management, LLC dates back to the mid 1980's. At that time, discussions began with businesses trying to determine a different way to deal with their employees' work related injuries.
Employers know that no matter how committed to safety a business is, workers will be injured each and every year. When those injuries do occur, providing appropriate medical care, including rehabilitation when needed, will minimize the overall healthcare costs of a business. Employers also wanted to return their workers to maximal health and ensure the safe return to productive employment for the injured worker.
With the above in mind, the concept of seeing the injured worker at the worker's place of employment was considered a win-win situation for all involved. The concept has evolved over the years until co-founders Mike Fedele and Chris Griffin, decided that the time for a company that exclusively dealt with on-site physical therapy care and prevention was now, hence the formation of Injury Management, LLC.
Injury Management, LLC has ties to the business community dating back to 1981. It is the knowledge of the business community that allows Injury Management to form partnerships and to understand our business clients' needs.
Serving the needs of our business clients and their workers while exceeding the expectations of all involved is the goal of Injury Management, LLC.
